Would There be Shipping Fees?

Our company offers its customers free shipping on most orders over $2500.00, provided the delivery address is within the continental United States.

The product pages of items not covered under this policy contain the appropriate fee. Some of these products are:

  • Toilets, Cast Iron Sinks ($200 shipping fee per item)
  • Tubs, Shower Base and Shower Cabin ($350 shipping fee per item)
  • Select Tubs under a certain price point (shipping fee will be calculated per item)

Because all of our free deliveries are curbside, they will require the receiving party's signature to be released. Once the order is processed, this option cannot be removed, and any returns will be subject to fees.

Where can my order be shipped?

Anywhere in the United States and Canada main land, but not to an APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box address.

When we ship to Canada, all fees, duties, tariffs, customs, etc., are the customer's responsibility.

How Soon can My Order be Processed?

The timeframe of order processing varies depending on the brand and category. The standard processing time for any product is listed on the product page.

That said, all most of the items are shipped out within 24 hours of order placement.

Should your order contain several different items, we'll make an effort to combine as many products as possible in one shipment. Your convenience is important to us.

That said, should your order be itemized, you might receive shipments from different locations around the country.

Should we be unable to fulfill your order, or some part of it, our Customer Service will contact you within 3 business days.

How Soon Would my Order Arrive?

Once it's processed, the standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 business days, with some exceptions (depending on the product and your delivery location).

In case of the item, be a part of the special order product, lead time will be verified with the manufacturer.

And you will be informed within 2 to 3 days from the time of order.

Should I Inspect the Ordered Items upon Receipt?

Should the packaging arrive damaged, please make the appropriate note on the receipt. Once you've opened the box, you might want to inspect the items for damages. Damaged items are replaced free of charge so long as they're reported to us within fourteen days of the delivery receipt.

Please report any concealed damages (i.e. no visible damage on the packaging) within 48 hours.

How Do I Receive a FREE Replacement of a Damaged Item?

Report all concealed damages to us within 48 hours.

In order to apply for a free replacement:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging
  2. Take full view and close-up photos of the damaged item where the problem is clearly visible
  3. Email photos to info@allcitydecor.com within 48 hours; include the words "Delivery Damage" and your order number in the subject line

Once we've received your email, our Customer Service team will review it and contact you within 48 hours.

Do note that should the concealed damage not be reported to us within 48 hours of the receipt, no free replacement will be provided, and the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with replacing the damaged product.
