Price Match Guarantee
When you do business with AllCityDecor.com, know this: you'll be getting the best price before and after your order is placed, should you find an item at a lower price at a different company.
How so?
Well, for instance, if our price is $1000 and the other company's $900, we'll match the $900.
How to submit your Price Match Request
Send us an email: put "Price Match Request" in the subject line, supply the following to info@allcitydecor.com, and we'll respond within 48 hours:
- Your first name; your surname.
- Your shipping zip code.
- A link to the lower priced product on the other company's site.
The Terms
- Calculate the sum of the product's price and the cost of shipping and handling.
- The sales tax cannot be included in the price matching.
- Our 110% price match guarantee is valid for up to 15 days following the date of purchase, no exceptions.
- The two products must be exactly the same and brand-new (i.e. neither refurbished nor restocked).
- The corresponding product must be in stock on the other company's website and for sale online.
- Said website must not be a marketplace, membership club, liquidator or auction website (e.g. Amazon.com, HOUZZ.com, eBay.com, Overstock.com, Wayfair.com, etc).
- Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, discontinued, clearance and on sale items cannot be cited. Ever.
- The other company must be an Authorized Retailer of the product following manufacturer sales guidelines (i.e. MAP pricing).
- The other company's website must be run by a valid U.S.-based Corporation.
- The price match applies to the advertised price and coupons advertised on the product page only. Any other coupons, rebates, quotes or in-cart discounts may be eligible at the discretion of AllCityDecor.com.
- We reserve the right to deny claims should we find that our policy is being abused.
- Should the price match be approved, we will refund the original payment used on your order (cash payments will be refunded by check).
