08/26/2020 Overall, I'm content with the sink. Customer service could use improvement but it's probably not any better than other manufacturers. It's a pity because having more information available could make them stand out. The sink seems to be well constructed. If you want to make additional holes for a filtered water system, soap dispenser, etc., keep in mind that the material is extremely hard. According to the manual, you'll need a diamond-tipped 1 1/4" hole saw. I used a hole saw without diamonds and while it was fine for one hole, it's now completely worn out. If I had to cut two holes, I would have required a second hole saw. I purchased this from AllCityDecor but the link to my account didn't function. It was my first purchase and I'm content with their customer service and pricing.
Pros:
Gud lookin' hue (gray). Not too pale , not too dark. Complements the steel apparatus in the cookin' area. Ain't no special prerequisites for installin' (I mounted on top). Great that other gaps come premarked or you can find your own. REALLY good stuff.
Cons:
Must use or seal pre-cut hole. Top installation results in high ridge. No customization for drain or faucet hole(s) placement. Customer service is questionable. Answers received were negative. Sink was received with a defect.
