Life Altering--Magnificent 5 Star Reviews We were apprehensive due to the lack of reviews--however, it appeared as a standout choice on various sites so we took a chance. Firstly--it arrived in only 3 days! I loathe plumbing due to the frequent mishaps that occur with it. But, I was able to set it up in under an hour and with only one wax ring. That scarcely ever happens. I did ensure that I had all the required components and everything went smoothly. Oops, I forgot to mention that the manual button (switch?) placed on the back right side had been damaged and broken off. However, I managed to reattach the fractured mounts with superglue and some dental floss (to reinforce the joint, rather than depend on the adhesive for strength). We don't utilize the switch much and it doesn't require any pressure to activate, so I'm not very concerned. As for the toilet itself--INCREDIBLE! We couldn't be happier, well maybe if the manual was a bit more decipherable. The remote is easy to grasp and handle. There is considerable range accessible for the nozzle(s) as well as multiplied heat options (water, air and seat). I was a bit uneasy about the sensor that opens the lid as it's located on the way to the shower. But, no need to worry, you have to be very clear (place a toe right by the sensor). We choose not to use the nightlight since the manual button/switch contributes enough illumination at night. Anyway, this gadget is exceptional and instinctive.
